If a person makes a reservation on behalf of another passenger or group, that person represents that they have authority to provide the information and accept these Terms on behalf of the passengers included in the reservation.
Reservations are subject to availability.
A reservation request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.
A reservation becomes confirmed only after Airport Transportation Group provides confirmation through an authorized communication method, such as email, text message, telephone, or the Company's reservation system.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their confirmation and immediately reporting errors or discrepancies.
The customer should verify:
Airport Transportation Group is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Airport Transportation Group is not responsible for delays caused by airport security, airport authorities, traffic restrictions, commercial-vehicle restrictions, or changes to airport pickup procedures.
Customers should provide accurate flight information whenever airport pickup is involved.
When flight information is provided, Airport Transportation Group may monitor publicly available flight-status information when reasonably practical.
Flight monitoring does not guarantee that a driver will be able to wait indefinitely or that additional waiting charges will not apply.
Customers remain responsible for notifying Airport Transportation Group of significant flight changes whenever possible.
Airport Transportation Group will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays and cancellations when advance notice is available.
However, transportation availability cannot be guaranteed following a substantial flight change.
If a flight is cancelled, diverted, substantially delayed, or rescheduled, the Company may:

Cancellation and change policies may vary according to:
The cancellation policy applicable to a particular reservation may be provided during the booking process or in the customer's confirmation.
Where no separate cancellation policy has been provided, the Company's standard cancellation policy will apply.

Any applicable taxes or governmental charges may be added to the transportation price.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, gratuity is not necessarily included in the quoted transportation fare.
Customers may provide gratuity directly to the driver when they choose to do so.
If a mandatory gratuity or service charge applies, it will be disclosed as part of the applicable reservation or invoice when reasonably practicable.
Customers agree to pay all authorized charges associated with their reservation.
Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, corporate billing, or other payment methods accepted by Airport Transportation Group.
A reservation may require a valid payment method or deposit.
Airport Transportation Group reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation when payment authorization cannot be obtained.
By providing payment information, the customer authorizes Airport Transportation Group or its authorized payment processor to charge the applicable amounts associated with the reservation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information supplied is accurate and current.

Vehicle photographs displayed on the website or marketing materials are illustrative and do not necessarily guarantee the exact vehicle that will be assigned.
The Company may substitute a comparable or different vehicle when reasonably necessary.
Customers must accurately disclose the number of passengers traveling.
Passengers may not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle.
Airport Transportation Group reserves the right to refuse transportation when the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's legal capacity or when transporting the passengers would violate applicable law or safety requirements.

Special equipment may require a larger vehicle or additional charge.
Transportation of such items is subject to available vehicle capacity.
Airport Transportation Group does not guarantee transportation of specialty equipment unless specifically confirmed.
Passengers traveling with pets must notify Airport Transportation Group before the trip.
Pets may be subject to vehicle, safety, cleaning, carrier, or additional-charge requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights relating to service animals that are protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Customers traveling with children are responsible for notifying Airport Transportation Group of the children's ages and transportation requirements.
Child safety-seat availability must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Airport Transportation Group will comply with applicable child-passenger safety requirements.
Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults remain responsible for ensuring that children are properly secured in accordance with applicable law and the requirements applicable to the specific vehicle and trip.
Passengers must behave in a safe and lawful manner.

Where applicable, Georgia regulations impose requirements concerning vehicle authorization, driver qualifications, inspections, and safety.
Airport Transportation Group may also be subject to airport-specific permitting, operating requirements, pickup procedures, and fees.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a customer's rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airport Transportation Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to a reservation or transportation service, including damages associated with:

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to release or waive liability for personal injury or property damage to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived or limited.
Airport Transportation Group does not seek to exempt itself from responsibility for its own conduct where such exemption would be prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Airport Transportation Group, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and authorized service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
This indemnification provision does not require the customer to indemnify Airport Transportation Group for liability arising from Airport Transportation Group's own negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional acts to the extent such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.
This limitation is important because Georgia law provides that certain transportation-contract provisions attempting to hold a party harmless for its own negligence or intentional acts are void and unenforceable.
Transportation involves ordinary risks associated with traveling by motor vehicle, including traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle movement, entering and exiting vehicles, handling luggage, and delays.
By using the Services, passengers acknowledge these ordinary transportation risks.
This provision does not waive rights or claims that cannot legally be waived.
