Available Child Car Seats

Airport Transportation Group provides several types of child car seats to accommodate children of different ages and sizes:

 * Rear-facing car seats: Suitable for infants and younger toddlers, typically from 4 to 50 pounds. These seats are designed to protect the child's head, neck, and spine.

 * Forward-facing car seats: Appropriate for toddlers who have outgrown the rear-facing weight or height limits, generally up to 50 pounds. These seats have harnesses to secure the child.

 * Booster seats: For older children who are too big for forward-facing harnesses but still too small for the vehicle's seat belts alone.

Renting a Car Seat

You can rent a child car seat or booster seat from Airport Transportation Group when booking a one-way or round-trip reservation. The cost for renting a car seat is $15.00 per travel segment e.g. to or from your travel destination (Maximum of only $60.00 with round-trip reservation- Max 10 Days). Would you like to keep the child seat when you are dropped-off? When booking online just indicate front or rear facing car seat, that you would like to keep the seat for your entire stay, and the total number of days in the "Special Requests" area of our website and we will adjust your invoiced total. Yes, we make it that simple and easy to enjoy your vacation with your kiddos.

Important Considerations

 * Installation: Please note Airport Transportation Group makes it clear that the "use of and appropriateness of each item is determined by the client and not by Airport Transportation Group." This implies that while we provide the seats, the responsibility for the proper installation and securing of the child rests with the client. If you request that we install any car seat you agree to hold us harmless. We may also pre-install any seat at our discretion to save time etc.

 * Liability: By renting, installing, or using any rented car seat or booster seat, you agree to waive any liability against Airport Transportation Group and hold us completely harmless.

 * Cleanliness: If a child soils the car seat, making it unusable, the client agrees to pay a $150.00 replacement cost and a $225.00 vehicle interior cleaning fee, if applicable, totaling $375.00. This amount needs to be paid immediately to minimize vehicle down time, facilitate immediate complete cleaning of the vehicle, if applicable, and replacement of the car seat.
