Platinum Rewards Program Terms & Legal Disclaimer

Important: The following is intended as general program language and should be reviewed by Airport Transportation Group and, where appropriate, legal counsel before publication.

Airport Transportation Group Platinum Rewards Program membership is free to eligible participants. Enrollment, continued participation, qualifying-trip requirements, reward eligibility, redemption and all program benefits are subject to the then-current Airport Transportation Group Platinum Rewards Program rules, terms, conditions, limitations and service availability.

A "roundtrip" for reward purposes must consist of qualifying paid transportation in both directions that meets Airport Transportation Group's applicable program requirements. A "one-way trip" must constitute a separate qualifying paid trip. Cancelled, refunded, complimentary, disputed, chargeback, promotional or otherwise ineligible transportation may not count toward a reward. Trips purchased through certain promotions, gift cards, vouchers, discounted programs or other special offers may be excluded from reward accumulation. Airport Transportation Group's public e-gift-card terms, for example, state that certain qualifying e-gift-card purchases do not accumulate Platinum Rewards points.

Unless expressly authorized by Airport Transportation Group, rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, certificates or rewards.

An earned free one-way reward applies only to an eligible route and qualifying transportation as determined under the Platinum Rewards Program rules. The free reward does not automatically entitle a member to unlimited-distance transportation anywhere within Florida, Georgia or South Carolina. Eligibility for a particular origin, destination or route must be confirmed by Airport Transportation Group before redemption.

Free transportation generally applies to the qualifying transportation fare specified by Airport Transportation Group. Additional charges, including but not limited to additional stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, airport fees, gate or resort fees, premium vehicle upgrades, oversized or special equipment, additional mileage, special requests, gratuities or other applicable charges may be excluded from the reward and remain the responsibility of the passenger.

Reward transportation is subject to advance reservation requirements and driver, vehicle, route, date and time availability. Blackout dates, high-demand periods, geographic restrictions, vehicle restrictions and other limitations may apply.

Trips or rewards may be associated with the enrolled Platinum Rewards member and may be subject to verification using the member's name, email address, telephone number, reservation history or other account information.

Airport Transportation Group reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to interpret and administer the Platinum Rewards Program and to modify, suspend or discontinue the program, eligibility requirements, qualifying-trip requirements, benefits, redemption rules or other terms. Previously earned rewards will be handled according to the applicable program terms and law.

References to customers earning free rides since 2022 and to the number or geographic distribution of participating customers are based on information provided by Airport Transportation Group and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that any particular member will earn a specific number or value of rewards. Individual participation and benefits depend upon qualifying travel activity and compliance with program terms.

Membership in Platinum Rewards does not guarantee reservation acceptance, vehicle availability, specific drivers, specific vehicle types, pickup times or transportation availability. All transportation remains subject to Airport Transportation Group's reservation policies and Terms of Service.

Airport Transportation Group is not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed connections or other losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law and the company's current Terms of Service.
