Booking Disclaimer

READ BELOW FIRST - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT​: What to expect after you click your quote to make it a booking request:

1) Shortly after submitting your booking request you will be emailed a summary of your submission by us. 

2) You will also be sent an email either titled "Invoice" or "Important Notice" typically within a few minutes of your submission. However, it may be up to 30 minutes at times of increased booking submissions. Kindly check your spam folder since providers like Yahoo and AOL can send important emails to the spam folder. 

Your quote/reservation request submission will expire 12 hours after submission. Therefore, it is important to remit the amount reflected on the "invoice" upon receipt. If you do not remit payment within 12 hours your quote may have changed along with availability. We, like any organization, do not have unlimited availability so adhering to this is very important so everything goes smoothly. You do not have a reservation with us until we receive your remittance, and a booking confirmation is issued by us.

3) If you instead receive an email titled "Important Notice" you must review the email immediately. Do not ignore it and think everything is fine. This email may be a request for additional information or to advise you of your booking request status and should be reviewed right away.

Quoting & Booking Definitions:

Round-Trip - (Starts With Arpt Pick up) -

This means your trip begins by you being picked up from the airport by us and later returned to the airport by us.

Round-Trip - (Starts With Arpt Drop-off) -

This means your trip begins by you being dropped-off at the airport by us then picked up from the airport by us upon your return.

Round-Trip - Return Flight Out Of A Different Airport -

Please quote and book an Airport Pick up and Airport Drop-off separately until our software provider incorporates this feature into round-trips. 

**Very Important: When Quoting A Round-trip -

Do not forget to input your return trip information by clicking the "Click To Add Return Trip" button in the middle of page #3 (Trip Summary Page). Page #3 is the page that comes after you have selected  your vehicle type.

Non-Airport Transfer -

This means you are wanting to be taken 65, 100, 200 miles or more to a non-airport location.

Quoting And Booking But You Are Not The Primary Traveler - 

The primary traveler’s information should be the only information reflected on the booking form. That, of course, should include their complete name, cell/smartphone number, their email address etc. As a third party, you may include any relevant information in the “Special Requests” page located on page #3, or the “Trip Summary” page only.

I Have A Credit Card On File -

If you are a business traveler or simply fly frequently and have a credit card on file simply indicate "credit card on file" in the "Special Requests" page located on page #3, or the “Trip Summary”, and we will charge your card without invoicing.
